Scope
This Code of Conduct applies to all individuals who participate in or attend events hosted or sponsored by WinnCity Comedy, including performers, staff, volunteers, and audience members.

- Respect for All Individuals
- Treat everyone with respect and courtesy, regardless of their race, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, or any other characteristic.
- Be considerate and mindful of how your words and actions may affect others.
- Inclusivity and Diversity
- Encourage and welcome diverse voices and perspectives in all performances and discussions.
- Strive to create an environment where everyone feels safe, welcome, and valued.
- Freedom of Expression
- Support artistic freedom and the exploration of diverse ideas and themes in a respectful manner.
- Understand that freedom of expression does not include the right to harass, intimidate, or belittle others.
- Zero Tolerance for Harassment and Discrimination
- Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, unwanted physical contact, derogatory comments, and targeted intimidation.
- Report any behavior that violates this policy to contact@winncitycomedy.com immediately.
- Accountability
- All individuals are responsible for their behavior and, by choosing to attend or participate in WinnCity Comedy events, agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.
- WinnCity Comedy reserves the right to take appropriate action, including removal from the premises or banning from future events, for anyone who violates this policy.
Reporting and Enforcement
- If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to contact@winncitycomedy.com as soon as possible.
- Reports will be handled promptly and confidentially, with appropriate action taken to address the issue.
